PAMELA RUPPEL, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Pam Ruppel received her training in psychiatry from Indiana University and Master’s Degree at Rush University in Chicago in 2001. She has specialized in the treatment of addiction, depression, bipolar disease, ADHD, borderline personality disorder, and antisocial personality disorder.
She also has a unique background that includes critical care, emergency room medicine, pediatric gastroenterology, and geriatrics. She particularly loves to pursue cutting-edge treatments as they present.
As a result, she is one of the leading providers of Spravato for treatment-resistant depression in the country and has recently begun a program for Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation for depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder. She understands that the key to treating mental illness is to tailor treatment to the individual, because every person is unique, and no treatment is right for everyone.
RANDall RUPPEL, MD
Randy Ruppel received his medical degree from University of Michigan, certification in Pediatrics at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington D.C. and training in Pediatric Critical Care at the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.
Because of his common use of ketamine in his practice, he began assisting his wife Pam in the treatment of depression with Spravato, an alternate form of ketamine for Treatment Resistant Depression.
Randy is the Medical Director of our Deep TMS programs and provides the dTMS mapping and administers treatments. He works part time as an Intensivist at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
